PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS WEBSITE. All users of this site agree that access to and use of this site are subject to the following terms and conditions and other applicable law. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use this site.
Terms of Sale
The following agreement contains the complete terms and conditions that apply between you (“Customer”) and Auto Performance Tuning.
Return for exchange or refund will be allowed only within 20 calendar days from the date of receipt. All authorized return merchandise must be unused and in its original saleable packaging. No return or exchange on merchandise that shows signs of having been installed, modified, mounted, scratched, or defaced will be allowed.
Product warranties are only those of the manufacturer.
All Core Returns must be received by "Auto Performance Tuning" within 30 Calendar days of the invoice date in order to receive a full credit refund. We will not accept any returns without the original order number. Please write the number clearly on the outside of your returning package and tag the item(s) inside with your name.
Returns must be sent freight prepaid and insured by you. A refund, exchange, or core return will not be considered until all relevant items, hardware, and accessories have been returned to us. Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. All custom entry fees and duty associated with any return or exchanges will be charged to the customer.
A written explanation and a contact telephone number where we may be able to reach you needs to be included with the item/s. It is the responsibility of the customer/installer to verify the correctness of size and application of all parts before installation.
Shortage claims must be made within 5 working days of receipt date. All claims for damaged merchandise must be made with the shipping carrier. Please keep all shipping cartons and all packing materials for carrier inspection. "Auto Performance Tuning" cannot initiate any claims with the carrier.
All approved refunds will be paid by method of purchase. A 20% handling fee will be assessed on all authorized returns. .
Items sold by Auto Performance Tuning may not be legal for street use. It is the buyer’s responsibility to comply with applicable state laws. Buyer understands that due to strict U.S. Federal and State safety crash guidelines, Auto Performance Tuning is not responsible or liable for any damages or possible injuries incurred upon possible accidents due to driver error, incorrect installations, bad judgment, or act of nature/God. All products are intended for off-highway uses only, and should be used for their intended purposes only. Auto Performance Tuning does not take responsibility over buyer installation, modification, and unusual stress of the products. The buyer assumes all responsibilities for determining the suitability of the products. Auto Performance Tuning is not responsible for any damages incurred either directly or indirectly on the vehicles or operators/passengers within the vehicles.
Installation:
All products require professional installation. Buyer understands that some products may require modifications for correct fitment. Minor adjustments may be necessary as part of the normal installation process. All hoods require hood pins for safety reasons. All carbon fiber products will not sustain any force or weight, for they could be cracked by such force or weight. Some professional prepping may be necessary for an ideal fit. The buyer needs to perform these steps to his/her satisfaction before installation. If the buyer wishes to paint any aero body products, he or she must pre-fit the parts to the vehicle before painting to ensure proper fit. There are absolutely no returns on painted products.
